Harris County Water Control &
Improvement District No. 119 (HCWCID 119) wants to inform the residents that the
District will be hosting a shredding and e waste event on Saturday, April 25,
2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Station 33 parking lot 9755
Landry Blvd, 77379.

Please do not bring your paper in a plastic bag. This slows
the process down as the bag must be ripped open and inspected before disposing
of the paper. Please bring it loose inside a box and the box will be returned to
you.
MCCIA 2026 Annual Pool Opening Party
Mark your calendars
and plan to attend the 2026 MCCIA Annual Pool Opening Party on Saturday, May 16,
2026 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Pool tags will be available to pick up
during the pool party and this will be the only
pool tag pick up date for
2026. Details are being mailed out to all property owners and
hs been posted on the pool tag page. Come for some fun, food,
sun and prizes.

owners will receive a copy of the MCCIA Trash Guideline Reimder for 2026 with

Planning any home improvements and or repairs ? - ACC Forms Required
!!
If you are planning on doing any
repairs / maintance and or home improvement project - just as a reminder please insure that you submit your
ACC form for review prior to any work being scheduled. This
would including painting, replacing fencing, windows, rotten wood, siding and or roofing to
name a few. Please make sure you include a complete detail of the
working being done, include drawing and or sketches if applicable and
actual
color samples are a requirement. Copies are not acceptable as the
color may not reflect the actual color in a copy. If you have
any question on should an ACC form be submited and or what might be required -
send an email to
mcciahoa@gmail.com with any questions. The board will
assist with any question and reply back to you within 72 business hours if not before.
ACC Form processing time is normally 30 days - plesae plan ahead.
Harris County Leash Law Reminder
Harris County Leash Laws
- Harris County animal regulations require "custodians" - meaning owners or
handlers - to keep the dog 'under restraint" while in an unincorporated area
within the county (in other words, outside of city limts). If an owner or
handler fails to keep the dog under restraint, law deems the
dog to be a "stray" and a "public nuisance.

There have been a couple
recent reports of vehicles parking in the Common Area for an extended period of
time. Residents are reminding to please report any suspicious
activitys to 911 (emergency) or the non- emergency number (281-376-2997).
Calling in with detailed information as the issue is occuring, can be passed to
the Sheriff's Department so they can respond as needed. The common
areas is being monitored and signs have been posted to advise that the is no
lottering permited. Special thank you to those residents that assisted in
picking up the litter left recently in the parking area..
