Monthly MCCIA Homeowners Meeting
The monthly homeowners meeting are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7pm.  The meetings are held at the Fire Station located at 9755 Landry.  All residents are invited and encouraged to attend the meetings. 

Annual MCCIA Homeowners Meeting
The 2026 annual homeowners meeting are held on the second Thursday of February 2026 (February 12, 2026) at 7pm.  The meetings are held at the Fire Station located at 9755 Landry.  All residents are invited and encouraged to attend the meetings.  Details will be sent out to all homeowners in the middle of January 2026.

MCCIA Craft Fair - March 20, 2026
Mark you calendar for our second Craft Fair Event - Saturday, March 20th - 10:00am to 2:00pm at 17039 Fordingbridge at the MCCIA Common Area.   Good time to pick up some
crafts or a gift for that special person.    Spaces will be available for vendors and if you interested email mcciahoa@gmail.com for details.    

MCCIA Shredding Event - TBA
We are working to schedule a shreddding event for the MCCIA resident in the first half of 2026.   We are working out the details now and inforamtion will be sent out to all homeowners.
