MINUTES OF THE 2005 ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Directors of Memorial Chase CIA met at Krahn Elementary School on February 09, 2006 at 7:00pm. A quorum was established and the following members were present:
Mikel Fontana David Kopinitz
Linda Benge Ken Schiller
Jill Chumley Celene Keserich
Leigh Pollard and Drew Jones were present to represent Sterling Association Services, Inc. (SASI) and fifteen MCCIA residents attended the meeting.
INTRODUCTION
Mikel introduced the Board of Directors and Leigh Pollard and Drew Jones as the association management company contact.
ANNUAL
ELECTIONS
Linda Benge reviewed all proxies that were submitted. The election took place by the count of the proxies and the current board members running for reelection were voted in for another term.
2005 Annual Report
The annual report was reviewed
and discussed with the residents in attendance.
HOMEOWNER INPUT
Deed restriction questions were discussed and residents were given some options and direction in addressing their issues. Security issues were discussed and residents concerns will be passed on to the Security Director.
DISCUSSION
The rate of assessment was discussed and the residents in attendance were provided a recap of recent increases, which included insurance, utilities, security and pool expenses. The board reported on possible 2006 projects including the repairs / improvements at the playground.
CLOSING
The Board of Directors would like to thank the homeowners that took time to attend the annual meeting. All residents are encouraged to attend the monthly homeowners meetings, held the second Thursday of each month at the Fire Station on Landry.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
