Pool tags required for entry into the pool effective June 4th - Sorry no exceptions.

Tennis Court Access - The new gate has been installed - The use of the courts are restricted to the use of MCCIA residents for the use of tennis and basketball.  Skate and bikes are not allowed on the courts at anytime.   Residents must have a key to access the courts and can request one key at no charge by sending an email to mccia@memorialchasecia.com .  You will need to include your complete name, address, email and two contact numbers.  You will be contact and arrangements will be made to have a key delivered.  Keys will not be dropped off at homes - resident are required to sign for the key.   A $25.00 charge will be required for any replacement key.  Assessments and deed restriction issues must be current to request a key.
